Although our primary focus is retail sales, Toywiz does offer wholesale business to business (b2b) service through our Toywiz Direct department. Most of the items on our website are available for wholesale, but quantity may be limited on older products. Please be aware that we are not the manufacturer of any of the products that we sell.
We do not offer a catalog or website with fixed wholesale prices. All pricing and availability quotes are done upon request by a sales representative and remain valid only for the current business week. For recent product lines we generally sell by the factory case assortment with pricing based off of our restock cost. For older items that are no longer in production, we can offer a flat percentage discount based on our retail pricing.
The minimum value for a first time wholesale transaction is $400. For smaller purchases please use our retail website, www.toywiz.com.
In order to be eligible for a Toywiz Direct account you must be representing a preexisting business with a brick and mortar storefront or online sales website. We cannot accept wholesale applications from flea market traders, mall kiosks or ebay stores. International transactions are possible, but please be aware that shipping costs are often prohibitive.
If you would like to apply for a Toywiz Direct account, please follow these steps:
(1) Prepare a list of products or product lines you are interested in, including estimated quantity. If possible, use the titles found on our website. We carry more than 50,000 items and do not maintain a catalog of pricing for each item. If you do not provide a list of specific products you're looking for, we will not be able to help you.
(2) Email this information to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a short description of your business and your contact information.
(3) If your request is approved, a representative will respond to your email with further information and our Toywiz Direct New Account Application. Unfortunately because of the volume of wholesale requests we receive we cannot take on every new client. If you do not receive a response to your inquiry, chances are we are not able to honor your request.
(4) After faxing your completed application, our representatives will discuss pricing and availability and help you finalize your order.
We receive dozens of wholesale inquiries every day and preparing price quotes on an individual basis can be time consuming. If you are simply feeling out pricing or browsing for good deals, please do not waste your time or ours.
Business to business shipments are done through UPS. Signature is required unless shipping to a physical storefront. Shipping cost quotes will be provided before finalizing a transaction.
Purchases of in stock items ship within 1-2 business days, with expedited processing and shipping available by request. For special order or back order shipments, your representative will provide a turnaround time estimate.
Orders must be paid for in advance of shipment by credit card or wire transfer. We do not arrange COD. International customers must pay by wire transfer and are responsible for the fees incurred on both ends.
