Please note that a lot of toys we sell can be a few years old, and may simply require new batteries.
Before returning any electronic merchandise, or toys that make sound, please try replacing the batteries first, this may solve the problem.

Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.
Please don't forget to include your order number with any return!
Any returns on merchandise purchased during the holiday season can be returned up until January 7th, 2014.

Pre-orders and back-orders can be canceled any time up until the item is in stock and your order has been processed.
