You can only get it if you went to the Comic-Con convention in San Diego or if you got the purchase code to order on the internet. It comes with an Active Camouflaged MA5C Assault Rifle and Fragmentation Grenade. The packaging for this figure is smaller than the normal Halo 3 figures. It is worth 10 Halo Points.

The Hellspartan Action Figure was a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive action figure with a color scheme based on McFarlane Comic's character, Spawn. Availability was limited to the convention, or from the internet via special purchase code. Only 3,000 sets were made and they are currently unavailable except through eBay. It came with an Assault Rifle and a Fragmentation Grenade. The packaging for this figure was smaller than the normal Halo 3 figures.
