RETURN POLICY:

-  All costumes have been sealed with an official Toywiz.com sticker. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THIS STICKER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR TAMPERED WITH. This is due to hygiene reasons to ensure that each costume is new, safe and unused.

-  All packaging and contents MUST NOT HAVE BEEN ALTERED, USED, DAMAGED OR WORN IN ANY WAY for a return to be considered. Any return received that has received such treatment will be subject to a 50% RESTOCKING FEE, or a 0% refund in extreme circumstances.

-  NO COSTUMES OR ACCESSORIES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR A RETURN AFTER OCTOBER 27th for any reason.

-  We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product. Please e-mail us here or call (845) 624-1995 during standard business hours. (M-F, 10 AM to 8 PM EST.) If you are in need of a new or updated costume, please be advised that any delays in contacting us or returning the product will only result in slower delivery on the replacement. We recommend that a new order be placed for the replacement item and the returned order be conducted as a separate transaction.

-  If the return was not due to an error of ours, please contact us immediately as described above and use USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail to ship the items back to us. If the item meets our return policy, and has not been altered, used, damaged or worn in any way, a 10% RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted from your refund.

-  If the return was due to an error of ours, such as INCORRECT MERCHANDISE, we will accept all responsibility for return shipping costs. Any return shipping will be refunded back to your credit card.

-  Packages returned to us marked as “REFUSED,” “UNDELIVERABLE,” or otherwise are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE due to charges imposed by the shipping company. Toywiz.com is not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect information. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.

-  Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt. Longer delays may occur during the holiday season. If you are concerned about your return reaching us, it may be best to apply tracking information to your return. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND RETURN SLIP with your return.


ORDERING POLICY:

-  Costumes and accessories that are not marked as “Pre-Order” or “Out of Stock” are currently available for immediate shipping. E-mails will be sent regarding any delays or changes in availability.

-  SIZES for costumes are posted in each section. You can reference the chart for quick sizing rules, and CLICK HERE for more detailed sizing information. Please make sure that the size chart you are using matches the company listed in the costume description for correct sizing.

-  If you are in doubt between two sizes, we recommend you ORDER THE LARGER SIZE for a more comfortable fit.

-  Due to the high volume of orders during September and October, it may be difficult to makes change or cancel your order once it has been processed. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK your selection and information before confirming and placing the order. Once the order has been placed, an order number will be listed on the final check-out page, and an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

-  REGULAR DELIVERY and PO BOX orders can take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS after processing.

-  RUSH DELIVERY can take up to 6 BUSINESS DAYS after processing.

-  INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY can take up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS after processing.

-  OVERNIGHT OR FASTER DELIVERY must be ordered BY PHONE during standard business hours. (M-F, 10 AM to 8 PM EST.) Prices will vary by weight and location. Please call (845) 624-1995 for more information.

-  BUSINESS DAYS do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please adjust your order according to your needed timeframe and allow the maximum amount of time necessary. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please CLICK HERE for customs information.

-  Once your items have shipped, an E-MAIL will be sent to you with the TRACKING INFORMATION. Please note that certain e-mail accounts, such as AOL, may register tracking e-mails as spam, and it is best to check your spam folders for more information. E-mail accounts must be entered in correctly to receive update e-mails.

-  Please note that certain circumstances do arise, such as extreme weather conditions or lost/misrouted packages, and are not under our control. Any delays in processing or delivery due to incorrect information will not count towards the delivery timeframe. We do everything in our power to expedite your delivery(s).

 

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:

-  Any item marked as “PRE-ORDER” are scheduled to be shipped at ANY TIME WITHIN THE MONTH POSTED. For example, an item labeled “Pre-Order Ships September” will arrive to us from the manufacturer at any time in September, whether it be the 1st or 30th. Specific pre-order dates are not guaranteed.

-  Once the items have arrived to us, your CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED and your order will be SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY. Please make sure your order can be processed as soon as possible once the item has arrived to avoid any delays.

-  If an IN-STOCK ITEM VALUED UNDER $19.99 is ordered with a “Pre-Order” item, the item will be HELD until all items are in-stock. If the in-stock item is VALUED OVER $20.00, the items will be shipped SEPARATELY with a separate SHIPPING CHARGE. Please adjust your order accordingly. (We recommend, if delivery times are a concern for an in-stock item valued under $19.99, that separate orders be placed.)

-  ALL RELEASE DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE by the manufacturer. Any UPDATES on month changes will be POSTED IN THE ITEM on the website and should be checked for more information as it becomes available.

-  PRE-ORDER COSTUME INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE by the manufacturer. Please be advised that any times, styles and details that the manufacturer changes are beyond our control, no matter how small. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Information will be updated on the website if it changes, and we will notify you in the event of a major change.
