Shipping this item as a gift to a different address other than your billing address?
Click here for some important tips!
We must ship to a bank-verified name and address. If you would like to ship to a different name and address, please add it to your credit card account for merchant verification. It is easy to do:
1. Call your credit card's customer service department (the number should be on the back of the card or on your monthly statement)
2. Tell them that you want to add an "Alternate Shipping Address" to your account for an internet order and give them the exact address for the recipient. *This will NOT change your billing address - you will still receive statements and mail at your usual address.
3. Place your order on our site using your usual billing address and the new alternate shipping address that you added to your account.
Most credit card companies will be happy to do this, but a few may not. If they do not verify alternate addresses for online sales, we will only be able to ship to the verified billing address according to their rules.
We have an address verification policy in place to protect you - if someone attempted to buy merchandise online with your card number, they wouldn't be able to ship lots of great ToyWiz toys to themselves!
We appreciate your help in taking this extra step to help combat identity theft! After you do, you will be able to use the additional shipping address for online ordering with all merchants who use address verification. You may also remove alternate shipping addresses by calling the credit card company after your order has been shipped.
