The Little Sister and Eleanor Lamb stand 3 3/4" and are fully articulated. Accessories include ADAM syringes and 2 small Big Daddy Dolls for the girls to hold.

These mutated, drug-addled residents of Rapture have seen better days. They scavenge the remains of the city searching for Eve, the catch; usually Eve comes a fresh body, maybe yours. This figure comes with a mess of foul details and accessories you could come to expect from the doomed people of Rapture.
